FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I select which flowers I send?

We pick a new combination of beautiful flowers each weekday for you, using what’s fresh and in season. All you need to do is think about how big of a smile you want for the person receiving the delivery and we’ll do the rest for you.

Where do you deliver?

Almost everywhere! We deliver to more than 200 suburbs across Perth. A full list of suburbs we deliver to is available here. Please consider whether your loved one will be available to receive the flowers. If not, perhaps a work address is the best option. If your suburb isn’t listed, please keep checking back as we are adding to our route when we can. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn’t listed without checking with us first.

What time will my posy be delivered, can I have them delivered at a certain time?

Our flower bunches leave our Fremantle warehouse between 11am and 12.30pm each day and will in most cases be delivered by 3pm. We are working towards morning deliveries so your recipient has more time to enjoy that moment of happiness. At this stage, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers go via the most efficient route on the day, however, if you have a reasonable time request please include it in the special delivery instructions on the order page and we will do our best to accomodate.

What size bouquets can I order?

Our single posy is a beautiful gesture for any occasion for $35 including delivery. For a larger smile, we offer a gorgeous double posy at $70 and a breath-taking triple posy at $105, both including delivery. Our $140 arrangement is a real statement piece and includes a glass vase that your loved one can reuse for future Little Posy bunches! You can upgrade your flower bouquet size by checking the appropriate box on the order page.

Can I add on any extras to my posy order?

Yes you can! We offer a beautiful candle made in collaboration with Gascoigne & King. The ‘Wildflower’ scent features honeysuckle, rose, tuberose, jasmine, amber and honey. The candle burns cleanly, producing a rich long-lasting and luxurious fragrance. At $55, the candle can be added to any posy order. We also offer two lovely ceramic vases handmade by Marmoset Found; a cylindrical vase that fits our double posies perfectly and a beautiful ‘bubble’ vase that is more round in shape. You can upgrade to a beautiful hydrangea print greeting card for $5, which will come with your personal message printed inside. You can add any of these products to your flower delivery by checking the appropriate box on the order page.

What days do you operate?

We deliver our flowers every week day, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers’ Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. As we’re an online business, you can preorder flowers at any time.

Can I include a message?

Yes, you can send a personal message by purchasing one of our Hydrangea print greeting cards on the order page. Alternatively, the message you enter on the order page will be printed on a printed note card. Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who their bunch of flowers is from. We don’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some customers prefer to remain anonymous.

Do you have an order deadline?

We take orders for same-day delivery until 11.30pm Perth time each day but we believe preordering your happiness is always the best option and you can do that any time of the day and night!

What if nobody is home?

We love nothing more than when we can hand your flowers directly to their intended recipient, so please take some time to find out if they’ll be available to receive the delivery and whether an alternative address ie. a workplace would be better. In the case where nobody is home, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them at the property listed on the order and will always leave the flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page.

What if I enter the wrong address when ordering?

Please triple check your recipient’s address before ordering, including the unit or apartment number if applicable. If you provide the wrong address and someone answers the door to inform us that the recipient doesn’t live there, we will contact the sender and, time permitting, will attempt a same day re-delivery at no additional cost. Where no one answers and the delivery is left at the address listed on order, we can organise a replacement posy to be delivered on the next business day. As we make the posies fresh each morning, the cost of sending a replacement will be the same as the original order though generally we can offer a 20% discount because we understand that these things happen.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?

Yes. We offer a recurring flower subscription, which you can choose to have delivered on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged when each new posy goes out. You can log on to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.

Can I order a flower subscription to start today?

We generally need at least a day’s notice to begin your flower subscription, so if you choose today’s date as a start date, we cannot guarantee your first posy will arrive that day. If it doesn’t, it will arrive the following business day.

What if a posy purchased as part of a subscription is due to be delivered on a public holiday, over the christmas period or while I’m away?

If one of your flower bunches is due on a public holiday or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day, and your subscription will resume on the normal day the next week. If you’re going away, send us an email and we’ll pop your flower subscription on hold until you return.

POSY CARE

It is important to put your flowers in water as soon as possible.

Choose an appropriate vase for the size of your bunch.

Remove any greenery from stems so that no leaves will be submerged, then trim each stem so the posy fits your vase nicely.

Keep your flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight, fireplaces or heaters and the fruit bowl.

Change the water and re-trim the stems every two days.
